2 Rare Godzilla Funko Pop's

To many people Funko Pop's are a cool display piece with varies charactors from movies, comics, video games, TV you name they made.Funko.png It's one of those toy companies that while not well known in the beginning, it's rising in popularity over the years and really started taking off from what I remember was around 2012 or 2013, while I never personally had much of an interest for the toy line, I was hopping for at least some Godzilla toys, I asked around collectors and toy stores, they told me there was no Godzilla Funko so I thought Toho wasn't ever gonna let them do, then just around a years after Godzilla 2014 film was released, I got Word that Funko was going to produce some Godzilla funko's starting with some Rare Comic Con Exclusive's starting with a Rare Glow in the Dark Godzilla Ghost. This blew my mind when I saw it and I wanted to have it, but the problem was I lived in MI and I couldn't aford to go to new york so I pre ordered it on Ebay, and now I own the rare beauty and after word's I bought a cool, but not as Rare Godzilla Black and White  I guess it's was made in respect for the 54 classic Godzilla movie style or somthing, from I figured out is that Godzilla funko's are bigger then the average Funko wither this was it because they wanted to make it that way I don't know, but they are still available online and not that costly so go out there find them while you still have the chance.

Godzilla The animated series

Godzilla impact on the movie industry during most of the 60's and 70's of bringing what most are familiar the comedy of creature that was arguably popular among the fans and general public when came to watching a Godzilla besides watching the original dark movie. During that time of the late 60's Godzilla wasn't put in a serious tone until 1974 when Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla. That where the tone got serious, making it the most popular Godzilla movie of the Decade, The comedic tone was returned after word and the Marketing to the United states a few years after word would bring Godzilla a bigger light for years to come, One them was

Godzilla (animated series)

Title card from the Godzilla intro. This was released a few years after Godzilla vs Megalon hit the theaters and television which were a hit, During the time of it's release Toho agreed to letHanna Barbera logo.png to make a Godzilla cartoon, The title card shown in the Corner was one of several and not all had only the title Godzilla, One of the names that was used most often was The Godzilla Power Hour and several plans during it's run were made to introduce Godzilla to the Flintstones, Marvel's the Thing, and the Harlem Globetrotters, all the plans have been shutdown. Like Comic books, the series did not feature any of Toho's other Monsters likely because Hanna-Barbera could not own the rights to them. The cartoon had it's series of odd and interesting monsters and characters such as the ones shown on these two Model cel's    That I own. One of them has a creature called Godzuki which was voiced by Don Messick who voiced many of the characters from Hanna-BarberaDon Messick.jpg the most famous being Scooby doo, Godzuki had a mix feeling of opinions between fans of both Godzilla and the show it's self while many agree that he was a better improvement of Minilla who is often called the worst Monster in the Godzilla movie industry.  While the Cartoon was short lived, reruns were always played until the early 80's that brought it a cult following and it's said that some of formula has been For Godzilla the Series which was also successful it's own right many calling it a better surpass to the 1998 movieGodzilla The Series.jpg.
below are Model sheets that were used to the TV show for almost everything.
Everything is detailed for the studio's so that nothing important is left out when it comes to making a cel for a cartoon.

Godzilla 2014 Toys

File:Godzilla (2014) poster.jpg Well The movie will be out in a Few weeks and the spirit and sales of Godzilla merchandise is out of this world. In all my years of Collecting I come across many items and information about the movie.

Like the  Survival kit you see above and the photo next to it shows you what's inside. But the problem was for reason's unknown it's not released to the public except for a few individuals that were involved with Godzilla like Matt Frank for Comic books or promoting the movie at some radio stations, and it was Giving to them by the Warner Bro's company and So far I've only seen one for sale on EBay and the price just went sky high with the bids so don't waste your time looking for one cause I've haven seen one EBay after that.

Now time to talk about the New toys, now This photo you see here is a prototype for both large or small size, although many fans weren't sure if this was real or not, but it did look pretty good, it would be several months before word got out that it was a real leaked photo of the prototype of the new series. Now here's one of the Toys and also the biggest in the series  This is 40 inches long which is over 3 feet and it looks much bigger up close. Like several other toys in the series it got released early by some stores like Toys R us and others. The word got around quick and many store kept the rest of the toys back in storage until released date. Despite that many people bought the toys and soon started selling them on Ebay for high prices like The Jakks Pacific for over 100 dollars. Now's its less then that on Ebay and you can now get them at Toy's R us online.

The next Toy in the series is Godzilla Atomic Roar. What makes this stand out from all the rest is that it has the Atomic breath which a is a long plastic beam Put into positions and ROAR, it shoots the beam, the best part is that it stay inside the toy like in this photo below. So you can just push it back in and keep on playing.

Now for This toy this is something else,  It's A Godzilla Destruction City play set, it not only contains Godzilla and the other monster Called Muto, but it also comes with buildings and a bridge and fighter jets so kids can really knock down the city and have a real imagination. There is one thing to mention though Bandai the Company that made most of the toysBANDAI.svg will end the production of the Set with Grey buildings, so basically they changed the buildings and the bridges colors after only 1 production line and this is what they look like now. so star looking for them cause they are becoming hard to find.

Now to What these toys are Call Destruction Packs which is a smaller version of the Destruction set, just like the set the packs originally had grey building before Bandai changed colors here's a photos of the grey building packs  The Muto you see that's not Godzilla is much harder to find and likely cost more on Ebay so you better start finding them while you still can.

Here they are the packs in different colors.

Here are the Chibi figures which I not much maybe mainly decoration.
I'll do an update later for the two other toys I didn't  mention, but give me your thoughts about the any of the toys you like or own.

Orginal GODZILLA kingdom of monsters art cover #12 by Matt Frank

Yes what you are looking at is the one and only Kingdom of monsters #12 with the cover of Spacegodzilla.

Note: when Matt Frank starting making this cover the series of Kingdom of monsters was then at an all time low in sales causing the series to an end to form other ones in it's place which makes the comic with Space Godzilla on it arguably one of the rarest of the series. Matt Frank had this and several other good ordinal art works but the one shown in the photo caught my eye so I bought the art work. Ever since I started collecting the comics I've been wanting to own an Original art of that series for years but it was always out of my price range. that was Until this month at the G-Fest. Now that I have a job I can now buy stuff that's a little more costly and Matt Frank is a good friend of mine and knew that's what I wanted so after I bought he held it for me until I was ready to pick it up. I also bought an Original page of Godzilla Rules of the Earth issue 1 which I'll show later.

Godzilla (Game Boy) 1990

Godzilla This game is weird As a kid I never even heard of this game as kid I didn't even knew of it's existence until I saw a video by the Angry Video Game Nerd by James Rolfe.

As a guy who started collecting Godzilla in high school I wanted to find that game with it's box and everything but I knew it was too costly and didn't bother for a couple of years.
Now this game is weird for one thing Godzilla doesn't shot his atomic breath no, he shots a boxing glove and the monsters don't even die they simply come back to the screen.  You have to go through 64 levels to save his son.

the designers must love the Bubble bobble game. I don't know why they choose that style, but anyway even though I knew the game sucked I needed it for my collection and for those of you that know about the boxes that hold the games they are often destroyed by both kids and teens so finding one with the box is tough to find and I was lucky on Ebay and now that I finally had the money I could buy one with a box
Bubble Bobble flyer What I got was more then just the box I also got both the Manuel and others items that comes with the box which I was surprised since most of that stuff often doesn't survive  So for all you Godzilla collectors out there find one with the box because It will probably be worth more then game it's self like it is for some toys where the box is worth more then the toy.
